BunnyHoops was founded by KaytiBunny in New York City, and has now gone global.  KaytiBunny is a professional Hula Hooper whose aim is to use the Hula Hoop to inform the world about creative fitness, health and nutrition. Hooping is the nation’s newest awakening, bursting into a new fitness level like never before, a fun path to your personal best! KaytiBunny has found a fun, low-impact, effective, additively fabulous life-style changer. The more exposure Hooping gets, such as through our First Lady Michelle Obama, hooping’s benefits are reaching people all across the world. HoopDance appeals to people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds looking for creative self expression, exercise, and/or social opportunities through the hoop. HoopDance is a form of performance art as well as a form of fitness. KaytiBunny adds LED lights, mesmerizing fire, weights for endurance, and beautifully customized colors for a hypnotizing effect when she hoopdances.

Who is KaytiBunny?

KaytiBunny is a one-of-a-kind character – an engaging hoopdancer, a dynamic teacher of the fire and circus arts, and most of all a driven entrepreneur in the fitness and performance world. Touring the US and the world, KaytiBunny is opening the world of fire and circus arts to people all over the globe.She strives to empower people of all ages to engage their bodies in a fun and effective workout using creativity. With her powerhouse personality and optimistic, positive approach to teaching, she is dedicated to transforming lives and making a positive difference in each individual’s mind, body and soul. In order to impact others on such a great level, KaytiBunny’s life is dedicated to modeling how a strong, creative individual can be happy and healthy in their 1) career 2) diet and nutrition 3) relationships 4) spirituality and 5) fitness and exercise…. all through creative exercise! KaytiBunny turns a belief into a passion, through her motivating classes, mesmerizing performances, and custom BunnyHoops, that passion holds the key to improving so many others’ lives! KaytiBunny specializes in multiple Hula Hoop, but combines poi, staff, fire fans, fire eating and breathing, bellydance, burlesque and various forms of movement (hiphop, ballet, middle eastern, tai chi, free form, cheerleading, etc) to create a unique form of dynamic dance that only this bubbly Bunny can do.

KaytiBunny is currently training to receive her certificate as a Health and Wellness Counselor at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, encouraging the integration of creative forms of fitness with a well-rounded, healthy and happy lifestyle. She is also obtaining her Primary Group Exercise Certification from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and teaches group classes in NYC that fill up in advance every week.  With the uplifting energy of hooping class and her positive approach to teaching, the majority of her students are repeats and her classes have been praised in such places as Time Out New York, NY Post and The New York Times, as well as countless webisodes, local TV stations and newspapers. KaytiBunny has also appeared on ‘America’s Got Talent’ Season 5 and made it through several rounds, each time showing off the unique ability to do three different circus acts, simultaneously, while all on fire.

KaytiBunny is now touring the US and Costa Rica, teaching and performing Fire and Circus Arts for beginners and more advanced alike. You can follow The Bunny’s journey at www.BunnyHoops.com and see when she will be coming to your town!

Fulfilling the Dream:

KaytiBunny’s ultimate professional goal is to have her own travel health/fitness show, hosting episodes that the hula hoop to connect people around the world. Transcending the borders of language, hooping can be taught with body language alone, making it a form of fitness accessible across the globe. KaytiBunny will learn and integrate indigenous dances from different cultures with her knowledge of HoopDance to create a completely new, inspired form of art. By the end of her journey to each place, she will don the traditional dress and perform a fire/ LED Hoop Dance incorporating their unique movements.

Viewers all over the world can follow KaytiBunny on her journey, seeing cultures in a completely new way. Each destination will have a World Hoop Day, dedicated to playing and socializing for the community. Full of hoop instruction and information on leading a happy, full life, it is a great way to connect the community in a a healthy, beneficial way.

Thanks to generous donations from various sponsors, Hooping material will be shipped to the location and donated to the community. As a part of Hoop Day, kids and adults alike can learn how to make and tape their own BunnyHoop to be proud of and practice with after our departure. With new knowledge of how to HoopDance, the community can share in the social and fitness advantages that the Hoop will bring!

The world needs a new exciting way to motivate good health practices.  A common drive that connects us all, whether rich or poor, is the inspiration to lead a life of complete wellness.

Is there anyway possible to get another (collapsible) one that looks just like it? It had pink and purple sparkly tape. See the photo attached!' You got it Jane! keep spreading the Hoop Love!
