Select the colors, sizes and weights of your hoops from the chart below — remember, the larger and heavier the hoop, the slower it moves, which makes it easier to use, but harder to do tricks with. 100 PSI hoops (lighter): These hoops are light and perfect for tricks on and off the body. They are made of polyethylene tubing, which is a firmer material, light and great for off the body tricks. Quick and zippy, these hoops are full of flare! They collapse down to half their size, perfect for travel.

160 PSI hoops (heavier): The crowd favorite by far are the Weighted Hoops. Only sold by KaytiBunny, this is the hoop that will quickly whittle down your waist. This is a heavier, slower, more flexible hoop – easier on the body for repetitive workouts. Great for toning your muscles and perfecting your tricks. Ideal for beginners, it is wildly popular and this hoop will not break or kink and collapses to half its size.
